Privacy Policy


In order to provide our services, we clearly need to communicate with you so will hold the following personal data on our computers, within the standard MS Office address book and in documents, spreadsheets, and drawing files related to your project:

Telephone numbers – home, business and/or mobile

In addition, we may hold some or all of the above data in written form within paper files related to your project, and on invoicing/book-keeping spreadsheets.

With your prior consent, we will share your contact data with other named parties who become involved in the project we are assisting you with, which may include builders, suppliers and other professionals. Where we apply for planning permission, listed building consent or building regulations approval, acting as your agent, we will be required to provide the relevant parties with your contact details, and such data will be made public by those bodies.

We will continue to hold your data along with our project files for 7 years after completion of our service to you.

Our computers and the cloud-based back-up systems we use are password protected.  Individual spreadsheets holding fee data are further protected with passwords.

We will seek your consent to our holding your personal data on the above basis and for the purposes described here upon appointment.

Other contacts

In order to provide our services and to work in co-operation with pother parties we will hold contact details of individuals within various companies and organizations.  These details are held solely for the purpose of providing services to our clients and running our business.  We do not hold your data in any other form of database, do not have mailing lists, and do share data with third parties beyond the scope described above.  By entering into correspondence with us you are deemed to consent to our holding your contact details unless you specifically advise us otherwise.  If at any time you wish us to delete such data please let us know.
